Clinical Diets ($150.00)

• Clinical diets require your veterinarian referral or contact information. 
• I will provide a diet formulation and report to support pet's clinical diagnosis. 
  
• 90 days of follow up are included to allow for diet adjustments and questions.  

Raw/Cooked Diets ($100.00)

• I will provide a diet formulation and report inclusive of either raw or cooked ingredients per your request. 
• 90 days of follow up are included to allow for diet adjustments and questions. 

Diet Evaluations ($75.00)

• If you have an existed home-made diet you would like evaluated, I will do that and provide suggested recommendations to improve the diet's balance of nutrients. 
• 90 days of follow up are included to allow for diet adjustments and questions. 

Phone or Virtual Consults ($50.00 for 30 min)

• If you want direct time with me to answer your animal nutrition questions, I am happy to schedule a time to meet virtually.
